These terms govern access to and use of Neon Crab. Entering the game constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree, surface and exit immediately.

ACCESS RIGHTS

Neon Crab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to run the game in a web browser for private, non-commercial entertainment. The licence covers play. It does not cover any component of the game itself.

PERMITTED SIGNALS

You may play Neon Crab freely, share links to it, post gameplay content online with attribution, and reference the game in reviews or creative works that make clear it is not your creation.

PROHIBITED TRANSMISSIONS

• Using automated scripts, bots, or memory manipulation to generate scores or bypass game mechanics
• Extracting, copying, or republishing source code, visual assets, or audio in any form without written permission
• Incorporating Neon Crab's characters, visual identity, or branding in a commercial product without a separate written agreement
• Hosting a modified or repackaged version of the game and representing it as original work
• Any conduct that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Neon Crab character, enemy designs, bioluminescent visual language, score system, and all underlying code are the creative property of the game's authors. All rights are reserved. Your licence to play is a temporary, personal permission — not ownership of any kind.

SERVICE SIGNAL

Neon Crab is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or compatibility with all browsers and devices.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neon Crab is offered without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the game — including, but not limited to, the psychological impact of being caught by an anglerfish at full speed.

FREQUENCY UPDATES

These terms may be revised at any time. Revised terms take effect upon posting. Continued play after a revision constitutes acceptance.
